We're disappointed, yes. Frustrated, definitely, but we're also trying to see God's will in all of this. We have faith in our adoption agency, faith in Our Heavenly Father, and faith that when Aidan is supposed to be home, then God will bring him home.
We love you little guy. Nothing has changed, except we may not get to see and hold you as soon as we had hoped.
hang in there. when this is behind you, it will be hard to remember the frustration. it will be well worth it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jill. I'm trying to find the silver lining in this, but it's hard. From the moment that we got the referral, I've been obsessed with bringing him home and now it seems like that may not happen for several more months. I've been holding to the fact that this will one day seem a distant memory and, that though we may be missing out on some of his early months, we have a lifetime to spend as his parents.
